1. Our Role and Responsibilities

Tata Towers Ltd is an independent tower installation agency that specializes in the installation of mobile towers on properties across India.

• Our services begin only after the property owner has received official approval from Jio, Airtel, or Vi.
• We do not grant, promise, or influence approval for mobile tower installations.
• Our only role is to install the mobile tower on the land once the property has been approved.
• We provide trained and experienced technical staff for installation.

2. No Responsibility for Approvals or Offers

• Tata Towers Ltd does not issue or guarantee approvals for mobile tower setups.
• All rents, advance payments, and job offers are provided only by telecom companies (Jio, Airtel, Vi).
• If a customer does not receive approval, payment, or a job, Tata Towers Ltd will not be responsible.

3. Data Collection and Use

We may collect the following information:
• Name
• Mobile Number
• Address
• Email ID

This data is collected only for submitting tower installation applications to telecom companies. We do not share, sell, or misuse customer data.

4. Data Protection and Confidentiality

• Tata Towers Ltd uses industry-standard security practices to protect your data.
• Your information is used only for tower application processing and internal communication.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tata Towers Ltd will not be liable for:
• Denial of approval
• Non-payment of rent or advance
• No job offers received

All such decisions are handled solely by telecom providers (Jio, Airtel, Vi).

6. Legal To Commercial or Any Requirement

Legal to Commercial Notice Policy:

In 99% of cases, you will not receive any notice about land conversion during the agreement. If a notice is received, handling the legal-to-commercial conversion is the client’s responsibility.

Land Use Conversion Responsibility:

If the authority/court requires land conversion before installation, the client must bear all costs.

Tata Towers Ltd will contribute 66% of the conversion cost. This amount will be adjusted from the second security cheque of ₹25,00,000.

7. Tata Towers Ltd – Privacy & Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your Tower Agreement File, you must submit a written cancellation letter to our office or official email. Cancellation will be valid only after acknowledgement.

8. Refund Policy

• Refund will be processed only to the registered bank account used for payment.
• Refunds are processed within 45 working days after receiving a valid cancellation request.
• All refunds follow company terms and conditions.

9. Privacy Assurance

All personal and financial information remains confidential. Tata Towers Ltd does not share your data with any third party without consent.
